Extension Mobility in under 5 minutes

This is a streamlines process of enabling and configuring Extension Mobility and can be accomplished in under 5 minutes.

1.      Enable Extension Mobility Service on appropriate servers.

2.      Create Phone Service ( URL is in the 7.X SRND – Search emapp )

·        If you select Enterprise Subscription all SCCP/SIP phones will be automatically subscribed to the services.

·        You are able to bypass login with username and password but only works on individual phones for one login.

3.      Create Device Profile  

·        Fill in Phone number and needed Information

·        Assign Extension Mobility Service

4.      Configure Login Phone/s for Extension Mobility Services.

·        Enable Extension Mobility in the Device Profile

·        Subscribe to the Extension Mobility Service.

5.      Create User

·        Create login ID and Password

·        Assign Device Profile to Controlled Devices for user.

6.      Test Login
